I’m a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Natural Chef specializing in women’s health. I grew up in Poland, where I’ve got my master’s degree in Polish Literature and Writing. I’m a former owner of a health food restaurant in the US.

Over the past nearly fifteen years, I have helped people to get better through food, self-care practices, lifestyle changes, and nutrition, so they can be healthy and create a better life for themselves.

I love food, feeding people, and teaching people about a healthy lifestyle, and self-care practices. I love exploring shamanism, connection to the feminine and women cycles. Nature is my church, and I’m an avid animal lover!
